TERMS & CONDITIONS Please print a copy of our Terms & Conditions for further reference. We are fully committed to the Home Shopping Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs) Web site Is owned, operated and updated by Harmony Design & Build Ltd. Once an order is placed you will enter into a contract with Harmony Design & Build Ltd, your consumer statutory rights are not affected. All items include V.A.T and delivery to UK mainland only, on orders over £500.00 net. Orders under £500.00 net will occur a £23.00 delivery charge. Delivery rates to other destinations will be supplied on request. By ordering from our web site you accept our terms and conditions of sale. Order Once you have made a purchase an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order please check that the order details are correct, and that the delivery address is correct. Once your order has been processed an e-mail will be sent advising you of dispatch. All we ask is that you choose your item with care and that it is the right one you want. Payment We only trade in £ sterling. You can pay for your order using MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron, Visa debit, and by cheque or postal order. If paying by cheque or postal order a longer delivery time will apply. Credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge. Delivery All orders placed before 3.00 P.M. Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same day. On the rare occasion when your order is out of stock, you will be advised of this and a revised dispatch date. We will only send your order to the address the card you used for payment is registered too, unless you can prove to us, why there is a different delivery address, this is for your protection as much as it is for our protection. The company will use all reasonable efforts to supply the goods upon the agreed dates. However, in the event of the company not being unable to meet such dates no claim shall arise against the company for any losses incurred by the customer or third party acting on the customer’s behalf as a result of any delay. Ecofilm Element for wood and laminate floor is a bespoke product manufactured to your room’s exact dimensions. As a result of this, dispatch will be 3-4 days after the order has been placed and we have received a floor plan if required. Your right to cancel You have the right to cancel your order free of charge, providing it has not been either packed or dispatched, prior to you notifying us of your wish to cancel. You have the right to cancel the order after receipt providing you inform us either by letter or e-mail within 3 days of receipt. The order must be in the box/packaging that it was delivered to you in, and must not be used. A restocking fee will also be payable 25% for each item; this will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be credited back to your card or whatever means you have used to pay for your order in the first place within a 30-working day period. The retail value of individual mats originally supplied as part of a kit, is determined by deducting 20% from the kit price with the equivalent floor area to that of the returned mat. Any fees will then be deducted from this price. Returns All returns shall be in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. After sales service All cables, mats and Ecofilm elements carry 10-year manufactures guarantee. Please remember to register your guarantees with the manufacture as this will get you prompt service if you do have any teething problems. We are only a phone call away if you have any problems. Your privacy All information you supply to us in processing your order is treated in the strictest confidence and will not be disclosed to a third party. Connections A competent registered electrician must install all systems. And connect them via an appropriate fused switch spur and/or safety contact breaker (RCD) Update We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions.
