Insulation

A lightweight insulation board developed specifically for underfloor heating applications. It is constructed from extruded polystyrene and designed for easy installation. This product provides excellent levels of thermal insulation & is a complimentary addition to any underfloor heating system. The high thermal resistance of the product prevents heat losses to the sub-floor. It is availble in 2 ranges.

Ecomax Insulation Board
Ecomax is a lightweight insulated tile backer board developed specifically for the thermal insulation of tiled floors. It is constructed from an extruded polystyrene core covered on both sides by a glass fibre mesh embedded in a cement skin. Ecomax has exceptional compressive strength. >> more information
Ecomax-Lite Insulation Board
Ecomax-Lite Thermal Insulation is an extruded polystyrene insulation material for use below wood or laminate floors in conjunction with EcofilmSet Underfloor Heating Elements. Produced from a closed cell construction foamed polystyrene it has excellent thermal insulation properties. It should be used below ALL EcofilmSet heating systems. >> more information

Controls

All our heating products are controlled by room thermostats. Different types of thermostat cater for different applications. The main options are whether the unit is controlling floor temperature only, floor & ambient room temperature together or whether timing functions are included. The following range of products have all been designed specifically to offer efficient control of underfloor heating systems. They offer a range of features and benefits for the majority of applications.

	TH132 Programmable Room Thermostat - more info A premium quality programmable thermostat that is ultra compact and provides precise control of the ambient temperature with a floor limit.
	EB100 Analogue Room Thermostat - more info Ananalogue electrical thermostat developed for optimal regulation of under floor heating systems.

In-Screed Fixing Systems

1) H.D Adhesive tape
Heavy duty adhesive tape available in 25mm x 50m roll. Hi-tack tape for fixing and locating cable. Ensure subfloor surface is dry and dust free. Certain surfaces may require to be primed with a PVA solution.

2) Eco-Fix P.F
A moulded plastic fixing strip with cable radius profile fixing. Available in 500mm lengths which can provide cable spacing of 65mm. Can be mechanically fixed or taped to the sub-floor. Cables are then tensioned through the profile strip when laying. An extremely quick and efficient method of cable spacing and laying.

3) Eco-Fix H.D
Available as a 10m roll of galvanised steel strip. The product has cable fixing lugs at 35mm centres. Ideal when laying thicker cables on all sub-floor types. The ultimate in flexibility.

3) Eco-Fix Clip
Plastic fixing clip for cable locating on insulation material. Deep barbed design provides secure cable location on most foamed insulation materials.
